Semi-Rigid open cell polyurethane foam. Readily accepts and retains pins of devices inserted into it. Can be used repeatedly, holding the circuits in a component at equal potential whilst providing mechanical protection to the pins. Available in two thicknesses 6mm and 12mm in a standard size sheet or cut to specified sizes.
