Entrytag® is designed to control vessel entry in
conjunction with a permit to work system. Positioned at
the entrance to the vessel/tank/silo, it informs all
personnel of the minimum requirements for entry, the type
of work being undertaken, and all other salient details.

Three step system :
1. Entrytag® holder displaying DO NOT ENTER
2. Entrytag® Insert showing inspection record, and entry
   requirements
3. On-Going inspection requirements on rear of Entrytag®
   insert.

System comes with a box of 10 holders,
10 status inserts and a permanent marker pen.
