Thermally conductive adhesive for bonding electronic components to heat sinks or PCBs. High thermal conductivity provides excellent heat dissipation. Cures rapidly at room temperature. Self-shimming property produces a consistent 0.15mm film of adhesive providing electrical insulation while the controlled  strength permits repairs.
